The Parc Animalier d’Auvergne
twenty minutes from here
The Manor was born of the Park. Our rooms carry the names of its animals, part of what we earn funds their protection, and you are a twenty-minute drive from their enclosures.
20 min
Door to door
Allow about twenty minutes by car to reach the Park. Enough to leave after breakfast, spend the day there, and come back for dinner at the Manor without a long drive.
Tickets are bought directly on the Park’s website.

Nine rooms, nine species
Tiger, giraffe, red panda, gibbon, red kite, hummingbird, Thorold’s deer, lion, markhor. Each room carries the name of an animal from the Park, and each was painted for it by the artist Sandrot.
Most of these species are on the red list: the name of your room is not a decorating theme, it is a reminder.

The species behind your room
They live at the Park, twenty minutes away. You sleep under their name.

What your night funds
Five per cent of our revenue goes to the Play For Nature endowment fund, which finances conservation programmes around the world. Not five per cent of profit: of revenue.

Wild Mission, the escape game
The Park and the Biodiv’Educ association devised a biodiversity escape game. It is not played at the Park: it is played here, in the corridors and sitting rooms of the Manor.
